How do I return an item?

Return Instructions:
Please fill below form to contact customer service and obtain RMA information on returning an item. Also, clearly mention the reason of return.- We will issue you with a Returns Merchandise Authorization number (RMA)
- Items sent must be in the original condition with tags on including packaging. Products showing wear and tear will not be accepted for return.
- You are responsible for all shipping charges. We recommend you ask the shipper for a tracking number and insurance. We are not responsible for any items until we receive them.
- Once we have received the package, we will process your request, a refund will be posted to your credit card, you'll also receive an email confirming the refund. Please allow 5-7 business days for the credit to reach your bank.
- There will be a 20% restocking fee applied for items returned for refund after 30 days.
Exchanges
Please email and include a note stating the product code and frame color. It must be same value or less the original price of product purchased.
